We are looking for a committed trainee IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) to start training on August 1, 2026.
Overview
Would you like to understand how modern IT environments work, how networks are set up, how systems are secured, and how everything works together smoothly? Then training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) is just right for you.
In our electronics development company, you will be part of the IT infrastructure team that creates the technical basis for development, production, and management systems. You will ensure that specialized software, development environments, build servers, and office systems function reliably at all times.
During your training, you will learn to plan, automate, operate, and continuously improve company-wide IT infrastructures—from modern endpoint platforms and network services to cloud-based services. By working with infrastructure-as-code concepts, automated deployments, intelligent client management, and structured service desk support, you will gradually develop into a central interface within the company.

Analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems:
If problems arise with clients, servers, networks, or specialized software, you will systematically analyze the causes and develop sustainable solutions. In doing so, you will learn how to use logs, monitoring data, and diagnostic tools in a targeted manner to efficiently isolate problems and resolve them permanently.
Implementation of security and backup concepts:
You will assist in the development and refinement of security guidelines, patch management processes, access concepts, and backup and restore strategies. In this way, you will ensure that data is protected, systems are secure, and can be quickly restored in an emergency.
Client management & software deployment:
You will create standardized system images, distribute software centrally, maintain updates, and ensure that workstations for development and administration are ready for use at all times.
Service desk, user support, and technical consulting:
In direct contact with employees, you will provide support for technical questions, set up workstations, assist with onboarding, and advise on the use of tools, devices, and applications. In doing so, you will learn to communicate technical issues in a clear and solution-oriented manner.
