Within the „Requirements & Systems Engineering“ department, the focus of the Systems Engineer role lies in the design, development, and modeling of system architectures for electronic control and energy systems in industrial and automotive applications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and development of functional, logical, and physical system architectures

  • Documentation of system architectures through requirements and modeling

  • Definition of technical concepts and requirements in close collaboration with functional safety experts

  • Hardware development

  • Software development

  • System verification

  • Process-compliant development and documentation of technical specifications in line with corporate standards

  • Technical exchange with our customers’ development departments and external development partners

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering (FH/TU/TH), or a comparable qualification

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, including:

    • Experience in modeling system architectures, e.g., based on SysML or UML

    • Knowledge in the development of electronic systems

    • Knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology as well as control engineering

    • Understanding of software architecture design

  • Good written and spoken German and English skills

  • Enthusiasm for development and teamwork

  • Openness to new ideas and interest in actively shaping processes
