YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and managing software development projects
Taking responsibility for projects from conception to series release
Resource management for software projects, including coordination and monitoring of external software service providers
Organizing, moderating, and participating in project meetings
Technical coordination with customers, internal departments, and line management
Continuous development of the project team in terms of methods and processes
Application of modern development processes to ensure quality objectives
Introduction and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage project and quality objectives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Several years of practical experience in project management
Ideally, experience in software development projects or technical product development
Possession of an internationally recognized project management certificate (e.g., PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2)
Additional qualifications in agile project management (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe) are an advantage
Technical background with a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, automotive engineering, or a comparable degree related to software development
Strong affinity for structured workflows, processes, and quality
High degree of initiative and the ability to lead by example and with innovative ideas
Openness to change and enjoyment of active participation
Team spirit, strong social skills, empathy, and good judgment
Ability to work motivatingly and constructively with interdisciplinary teams
Knowledge of functional safety in accordance with ISO 26262 is an advantage
Familiarity with quality standards and process models in the automotive environment (e.g., IATF, VDA, Automotive SPICE®, V-Model, Scrum, Continuous Integration/Delivery)
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
