In the Requirements & Systems Engineering Department, the primary responsibility of the Requirements Engineer is the elicitation, documentation, analysis, and management of requirements for electronic control and energy systems for industrial and automotive applications.
Identification and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
Elicitation, negotiation, and alignment of requirements with stakeholders
Assessment of feasibility of requirements in close collaboration with internal development departments
Documentation of negotiation results and solution approaches in specifications
Coordination and moderation of reviews of requirements and specifications
Evaluation and maintenance of requirement changes
Optimization of requirement engineering processes
Administration and maintenance of the requirements management system
Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in requirements engineering, including:
Knowledge of requirements elicitation (e.g., IREB CPRE)
Experience in writing requirements (e.g., IREB CPRE, INCOSE rule set)
Experience in structuring requirements using common requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Codebeamer, Polarion, Jama, etc.)
Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
Enthusiasm for development and teamwork
Openness to new ideas and a strong interest in contributing to future innovations
