Panasonic’s Connector Panels are engineered to meet the highest standards of safety and performance in electric vehicle energy systems. Designed for both internal and external installation, they offer protection up to IP6K9K and feature touch-safe high-voltage connections rated for 500V nominal and tested up to 3100V. With support for Class 4 and Class 5 connectors, these panels enable secure and efficient integration across a wide range of electric machines and DC fast charging systems. Standardized M8 and M6 screw terminals ensure reliable and flexible installation.

Smart Charging and EMC Stability for Future-Proof Mobility

Our DC charging panels combine high-current connectors with integrated Panasonic relays and measurement electronics, supporting continuous currents up to 350A. A dedicated thermal management concept ensures safe operation under high loads. The EM-CP series is optimized for electric motor connections, handling peak currents up to 780A with long-term durability. All panels include built-in EMC filters to suppress electrical noise and feature a silicone-free sealing concept for lasting environmental resistance. Compliant with automotive and industrial standards, these panels form the backbone of robust and scalable e-mobility solutions.
